Sound Absorption Textile Material

PROMAPHON® Pe is a lastest generation sound absorption felt, with excellent acoustic performance at low density.

PROMAPHON® Pe is rot proof, mildew and bacteria resistant, non-allergenic, completely recyclable, environmental friendly. It can be supplied in different densities with different thermal and acoustic performances; furthermore, it can be self-adhesive and faced with technical and aesthetic coatings/cloths.
PROMAPHON® Pe can be safely and easily handled; when in contact with skin, it is not irritating. It is phenol and formaldehyde binder free.

Processing

  • Remove the protective liner and lay down with even pressure, after removing dust, grease water or humidity from the surface to be insulated.

PROMAPHON® Pe is soft and flexible and can be easily cut by manual cutters, smooth and rotating plate saws. It can be easily installed and shaped onto the destination surface; it can be pre-cut as per drawing and supplied in self-adhesive version. It does not emit dust and it does not release fibres if subject to vibration.
