Non-Combustible Mineral Bound Calcium Silicate Board

PROMARINE®-PX1 is a new generation of non-combustible mineral bound board, using the innovative PROMAXON® technology.

Providing superior strength, insulation and stability, PROMARINE®-PX1 is available in 12, 15 and 19mm thicknesses.
When bonded with high-pressure laminates, PROMARINE®-PX1 can be installed as linings, partitions and ceilings on seagoing vessels and offshore platforms.

Note 1: WCL MED164.108/1121/0226TE is valid for maximum height of 2500mm. Promat are currently in process of fire testing and certifying a system up to a height of 3050mm.

Note 2: WCL MED164.108/1121/0226TE is valid for C-spline and solid spline joints. Promat are currently in process of fire testing and certifying a system with omega joints.

When machining the product with power tools, do not breathe dust and respect the regulatory occupational exposure limits for total inhalable and respirable dust. Wear safety goggles. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use dust extraction. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment to avoid health effects. For more information: request Safety Data Sheet.

WASTE DISPOSAL

Refer to local legislation

If not available: The board is not classified as a dangerous substance and no special provisions are required regarding the carriage and disposal of the product to landfill. They can placed in an on-site skip with other general building waste.
