Low Flame Spread Flexible Barrier

PROMASOUND® TL is an innovative latest generation visco-elastic product.

It provides high performance acoustic insulation and low fire and smoke spread, with MED certification and USCG approval.
In acoustics, it is the first valuable insulating barrier (mass) aimed at replacing lead foils and PVC; it provides unique advantages for installation in that it is easy and fast, and for safety and environmental protection, being a safe and harmless material.

  • Excellent adhesion performance on steel, aluminium and GRP surfaces

Processing

  • Remove the protective liner and lay down with constant pressure, after cleaning dust and dirt from surfaces, and after drying and degreasing them.

WORKABILITY

PROMASOUND® TL is flexible and can be cut with cutters, scissors, knives or by using circular blades. It can be easily installed and adapted to specific tailor made shapes to meet specific customer’s requirements. It can be pre-cut as per drawings, and supplied in self-adhesive version. It does not release any dust or aerial particles.
